Want to Post Up but know I'll lose
I do not claim to be a winning handicapper and with my money management I know with 99% certainty I will go broke very shortly after I post up with a book.

However I crave action and am looking to post up, even though I don't want to because I know I'll lose the money.

Does anyone else experience this feeling, and I figure the urge to gamble will win in the end?

Rebatewager for their rebate program, or 5dimes for low juice?

Herman, I'm gonna be honest with you.....this is honestly what I think.

I have the same problem you have w/ gambling. I have many times thought about going to my friend's dad for counseling to quit gambling, but like you said WE GRAVE ACTION.

If I don't have money in a book, I will some how get money together whether it's from my bank account or from my brothers or w-e, and I obv. use that money to put in sports books.

I have learned some better betting habits though to be honest.

I am 10000% good enough to win at gambling on sports, but the only problem is a lot of times I tilt bet and that's why I lose. I will go from $200 to $500 in 2 nights, then lose my 1st 3 bets on Wednesday and be down to $350 and bet $250 on a second half and lose and be down to $100. Throw that $100 on some soccer gm or something and I'm out.

But, every time I have lost, I have learned smarter betting styles and currently, I'm doing a little better.

I would say if you are going to deposit money, have a betting plan and make sure to keep to it. Don't force bets and go on tilt. Literally, make your bets and don't enter that site again until the next day.

herman, you are good enough to beat the books. Books don't beat you, you/we beat yourself/ourselves and that's why you lose/we lose.

OTW, maybe try a new hobby like crosswords, scrabble, or stamps.

would keep your mind off the action.

                          Best of luck.

just bet small amounts of your buy in. Fuk around until you get a clue. Try to learn something meanwhile.

                                  Reading or gardening might work.

When Fishhead went ice cold a few years back, I think he gardened
exclusively for 6 or 7 months...

I was wondering how Fishhead became a sharp on the home and garden forums. Didn't know it was because he went cold gambling.

                                    Good stuff.

5Dimes is the obviously better choice, especially during baseball season, man. They've got the 15% rebate program too, so it's not like you have to pick one or the other. You're the one always preaching about getting the best number, anyhow, and the best numbers are at 5Dimes right now. In addition to lines on the college lacrosse, baseball, and softball tournaments in progress.
