JUST TO REMOVE THE ASBESTOS ITS GOING TO COST 1200 DOLLARS PLUS A NEW BOILER TOTAL COST CLOSE TO 4600 DOLLARS (SBR JOHN CAN YOU LEND ME A COUPLE OF BUCKS ALSO)
