All Canadians enjoy the day off to celebrate the holliday.

Francophones in Quebec are especially patriotic this day after all it is a celebration of an English Queen.

It was the English that spared the French back in the 1800's when they conquered this country.

Today is the day Canadians are required by law to drink a minimum of one dozen beers and then play clumsy frisbee football. Fortunately for me doing smack is considered an acceptable alternative.

I take that as a compliment, both in terms of my current rehabilitated appearance and the viability of the ongoing smack gag, which I confess I really enjoy a lot. Thanks go to batemanpatrickl for the inspiration.
