Don't have an absolute favorite... I currently like the Belgian stuff, Leffe and Hoegaarden.

Bud has successfully spent billions to convince the average American that "beer" is watered-down stuff that's best enjoyed ice-cold to hide the fact that it tastes like skunk juice.

Bud's a little too expensive for me. I like the Hamm's 30 packs.

Ya gotta love when he driving that small boat with the outboard motor, with 4 women in formal attire. You know something "interesting" is happening.

If I had to pin it down to just 1 brew, it will be Molson XXX just due to the alcohol content. I generally like several of the others to the point that I don't drink any american brew except maybe Sam Adams and a couple of others.

Matt, you're absolutely right that Bud has marketed their stuff perfectly and that too many Americans get sucked in by Madison Avenue. But the ice-cold bit is really based more on geography than 'bad beer.'
Think about it: That shirt I sent you recently, how often can you wear it outside by itself and be truly comfortable where you live? My guess is something like five months per year, 160 days or so. For me, probably 280 days a year. I could wear no shirt at all and be comfortable 180 days a year. Only reason I don't is because some of the women that would see me would be embarrassed that my old man boobs are bigger than theirs.
I've come to appreciate people who can make good lagers while my bro-in-law and I have been experimenting with homemade ales. There are times that a cold Coors Light or Lone Star tastes good to me.
By the way, you'll be able to wear that shirt easily in Vegas at the Bash this summer

90 days is more like it! Certainly no more than 100. June, July, August... maybe the first week of September with an undershirt on.
And I'll be honest with you, I gave the shirt to a buddy - two Matts could've fitted in that L. Must be all the hormones in the chicken you eat down there.
Looking forward to meet you all and experience the dry Nevada heat. I'm told it's more tolerable than our humid summers.
<-- Cold but not ice-cold. Maybe I'll get it once I'm down there.

If I'm drinking import beers nothing beats a Beck's. Even then I still generally drink Molson Canadian when I have a beer.

Nah. Dunno if it's still the case, but the Labatt plants were brewing Bud for the local markets when I worked a summer there, some 12 years ago or so.
