Rogie, I am 6ft 4 240 pounds. I will be at my old basketball weight of 210 for the bash. Going for lean muscle, so I am doing a lot of reps and eating 4-5 meals a day. No sugars, alcohol or caffeine (except for this morning). It has been hell the last 8 days..lol.
