How do I get a Premier GREEN DOT card from Walgreens or whatever???

This is the type of card that I need. It is what the book will load. It has to be Green Dot Premier. Is it an upgrade situation? I just don't see it when I go into Walgreens. Is it a certain color? It seems to be black on the website.
Any help would be APPRECIATED!!!

Yeah Burt, it's an upsell/upgrade function. You just get a regular Green Dot at the store and then you enter the number from your card on the website to upgrade the account to Premier.
