Well, realize that this is my admittedly biased opinion, but I think SBR has morphed into a younger and more liberal crowd with fewer degen tendencies. Pico represents an older SBR, perhaps not in years, but in mindset. He's racist, an action junkie, and given to perhaps even more debauchery than the new guard. Actually it was later revealed that the poster in that picture is Reno Cool himself, also explaining why he can verify the calculator watch with such certainty. Uncle Willie himself elucidates the fact most concisely.
