I just had observations on The Price Is Right myself lately!

A few days ago I watched TPIR for the first time in years.It sort of brings a person back into his childhood watching shows like this and Let's Make A Deal because everything sort of looks the same on the sets.The only thing missing is Jay Stewart with his little box on the tv tray and Carol Merril in front of the curtain.

On both these shows the rule of thumb was that you always lost if you bid over.To prevent boxing some poor schmuck in where he didn't have a chance who had a close bid,it should have worked where no matter over or under,the closest bidder won.

Then what's also stupid is that these idiots are winning junk they don't even want at suggested retail price.The cappacino machine that's valued at $2K on the show can be bought for a few hundred bucks at Wal Mart if they sold yuppie crap like that.You get the picture.So you do well and win 40k of this useless junk and you have to pay taxes on it.Not a very good bargain at all!!!!
