Anyone here ever been a part of hearing a really bad commencement speech?The choice of speaker was out of touch with reality,the person giving the speech got carried away and made an ass of themselves.etc?
I heard Oprah laid an egg at one yesterday where she went on a The Jeffersons theme song rant about success is being able to own your own private plane.This coming from a woman so ignorant that she gave welfare recipients with no income 30k GM cars they had to pay taxes on and disqualified them for receiving benefits.She could have given them 9k brand new Chevy Cavaliers at the time and they wouldn't have had to pay taxes on them because the tax threshold was around the cost of the car.
Why hasn't an investigative journalist ever done a follow up on what ever happened to all of Oprah's giveaway cars?
