The only thing that surprises me here is that blacks and hispanics still only account for 1/4 people. Where I am whites make up 90%+ of the population but most places I've traveled to in this country lean heavily on minorities.

Depends on your location. If you live in Maine (97% white or whatever), then that's what you'll see.

If you live in Arizona, Cali, Texas... it's a different story. Then it depends where you live in each county, etc

In 2050 the USA will be 25% latin, 20% african american, 50% white. White will still be the majority race (but minority when taking all other races into account vs the white race). It will take a long time to change this.

Here in the south though the African American population is about 30% already (fact). Hispanics are probably 10% in the south (guess).
