Thanks guys, the Biz just got approval by the Illinois Sec of State. And its an alternative to bankruptcy, pretty much that simple, not advocating people stop paying their cards and get an 60 to 80% discount, BUT if you are willing to take the hit to your credit, maybe its worth it to you, certainly isn't permanent.Comment -
So I accumulate credit card debt. I contact you and you work out a deal where I pay them off at 30%. You pay the CC companies 15% and have 15% to give to the bookies!

you can check here:
if you make a payment or acknowledge that you still owe the debt, then they can refresh the date and it becomes a current debt.
are you getting collection notices or phone calls?
they are probably scanvenger collectors and you fight them by following steps listed on that website.
