odds in Pinnacle regarding total goals

I couldn't notice the nice odds in Pinnacles for total goals bets.

For example:
Tue 11/21
AEK OVER 2 1.833
AC Milan UNDER 2 2.100

Find 1 or 2 safe bets and you are a winner.

But, what if in the entire match will consists in only 2 goals?
What will happen with the wagers then?

Will the wagers be graded as no action and the risked amount refunded?

Please clarify this for me!
