contact to moneybookers?

I have had some problems recieving some funds from moneybookers. how much time does it normally take for them to send a wire?
I have waited almost a month, and am sure that there is a problem somewhere. I have contacted them and recieved a confirmation no. This was 7 days ago and I still haven´t heards from them. Can I expect answer via email or do I have to call them? They don´t have live chat do they?

In my experience, it takes 3-5 business days to receive a wire.

I don't know why you would be having difficulty getting answers about such a routine matter.

If I was in your situation I would follow up. MB can be contacted through the messaging section on their website, or through regular e-mail, or you can phone them. They don't have a toll-free number last I checked but I have called them at times when I wanted a quick answer about something.

You know what? Maybe they don't have that. There is one for so-called VIP's but I don't think we're supposed to give that out. Sorry. Not meaning to be a dick. If you're not a VIP you have to use the messaging center. You should be able to get answers there though. I have never thought of them as super-speedy but I always got things worked out.
