It can't have been easy knowing he was the second choice to Billy Donovan. I think his flaw is that he's a X's and O's coach and not a "hearts and mind" inspirational figure. He's taken this team about as far as he can, now they need a "One More For The Gipper" type of coach to get them to an NBA Finals. I little more depth/talent around the perimeter wouldn't hurt either.

He's alright...He trys to micromanage shit and it messes up the team chemistry.
