Just watched Benjamin Buttons

I was liking the movie until the guy starts shrinking into a child.

If the movie was consistent he would have been an 80 year old with child-like characteristics right?

Actually, if the movie were consistent, he would have been a 5+ foot baby, since he was an infant-sized old man.

But that would have been goofy as hell.

it was ok i guess, but the f'n thing was liek 5 hours and SOOOOO DRAGGED OUT. atleats i can say i saw it after everyone was fussin bout it as movie of the year...

i still dont know how gran torino didnt win or get nominated for anything really

The special effects were unbelievably well done. It has spoiled other movies for me. Like when I saw Watchmen and how they aged some characters through make-up and prosthetics, it seemed so inadequate.

I'll be damned if I could tell you the point of Benjamin Button though. Something about how aging backwards means you can't have any personality.
