Should mods be banned when posting multiple losing bets?

I didn't say all the mods be banned. Just the ones hitting below the Mendoza line (20% or less).

the chances of a 55% winning capper going 1-15 on any random 16-bet sequence is actually 52.8%. So, if you are a bona fide 55% winning capper, there is actually a better chance of you going 1-15 in any 16-game sequence than not. So why should someone be banned for that??
