yeah I did basketball, track (field events, decathlon), water polo, baseball, football at that varsity level with almost zero reknown or success save for track and field... and a year of club rugby and lacrosse.

it was Division III so it was not competitive at all

just another failed fukin athalete

Did you have Tommy John surgery after this video?

I threw in high school and a little in college. Tried throwing hard a few weeks ago for the first time in a long time -- could barely even lift my arm for a week after that. Honestly think I tore something. Still feels fvcked.

it does suck to get old, no surgery. all throw LL, HS, College I had a pretty injury free arm. I credit it to the fact that my Dad played catch in the backyard with me just about every day after dinner. and on my own I used to throw a tennis ball, pitching style against the garage door.

I know what you mean about the soreness for doing activities we never used to think twice about. I went kayaking yesterday and certain areas of my back and arms are killing me now.

No I don't disc golf that's mostly for pot heads

We do have a few nice courses here

I like softball and pickup basketball
