#11in high school, I threw a version of the screwball most of the time. I only pitched 2-3 innings at a time though. Had a really sidearm delivery as well. Used to throw it pretty hard but lost a lot of velocity from my freshman to senior year somehow and relied on movement/control.Comment -

The guy has camps he runs in florida, uses "pronation", basically teaching the best way to pitch, or the way the arm is meant to do it.Comment
