Couldn't agree more. WV absolutely careered today from the field and usually this team is below mediocre in the half court. They also won't have that length advantage to exploit like today, moving forward likely meeting Gonzaga then Arizona or FSU.

I'm liking UL and Wichita State myself. Don't see much separation between the 2 teams unless you just say Wichita's season doesn't count because they played no competition.

Fair point. I don't think you can hold Wichita's early season games against them like most though. Team lost 2 NBA guards from last year, obviously it was going to take some time to get things going rotations wise and such. This UK team is very quick but very small compared to UK teams in the past. Adebayo is really the only serviceable center they have and he isn't a freak athlete like Anthony Davis, Towns, Caulie-Stein, etc. Wichita should be able to put him in ball screens and do some big time work. On the other end, they just have to stay in front and hope Monk doesn't shoot it crazy like he can (6-8 from 3 or something like that)

I'll be taking Kentucky. They're talent will simply be too much for the shockers. Just like when the shockers played MSU, louisville, ok state, they couldn't match up with the size and talent. UL & OK St are complete opposites but both took care of Wichita state. Kentucky will do the same.

As for louisville, they should win but could lose. They can't afford a dry spell vs. this Michigan squad. I could really see either win. I'll be staying away in hopes of not letting my hatred for UofM blur my vision.

Speaking of not letting bias interfere, I'll actually be going against my squad today. MSU and Kansas are my two favorite teams, but I bleed green & white. Spartans have the pure talent to knock off anyone, but they don't play strong enough as a team for 40 mins to beat Kansas. KU guards will dribble drive penetration and get to the line - it's MSU weakest spot next to depth down low.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with breaking even over any season/year long thread.
Entertainment costs $$$. For the last 4-5 years, breaking even and never getting myself in a bad position
