    my cardio workout before i get back on the ice
    hockey season starts in mid september, every OTHER morning at 4am, i jog half way around the field and walk the other half, i dont time it i just keep going until i cant anymore.

    ..i started , well this morning, sunday im off, right back monday morning!

    any tips? suggestions? thanks!

      went 3-2 today...i was busy all day didnt do much capping, only did small 20$ bets haha

      thanks!!


      tomorrow i have nothing, mothers day, going apt searching, and to my sis game...b on late tomorrow night

        HIIT does wonders to get your heart in shape. Also makes you want to puke when you first start if you push yourself.

            LOL its only 88 Posts a day, and since im insomniac and get to sleep like normal 9-5 people..I needed to find a place where i can keep my mind occupied, and SBR is the place, but an hour or two every other day jogging wont harm me....

                    do 10 minutes of sprints. Sprint a distance, walk that distance, then sprint that same distance again then walk it...keep doing this over and over again. This will get your Heart rate up to peak then bring it down, then up then down...

                    after awhile you will want to focus on more stamina, but right now it sounds like your really out of shape and really needing to just get back into the flow of things...

                      yeh im really really outta shape, i never thought i could get like this, ever, i was playing soccer,hockey,football with ym brother n sis today am im still sore, but still doing the 4 or 5am workout....

                      thanks for all your input ppl...im going to be checking in here when i go out and come back with what i did and a time...

                        Just finished it up on Friday. Went from 155 to a shade over 170...trying out this split that I found along with Keto starting tomorrow.

                        Day 1

                        4x Squats: 5 reps
                        3x Ham Work: 8 reps
                        3x BB or DB Row: 8 reps
                        2x Bicep Curls: 10 reps

                        Day 2

                        4x Bench Press: 5 reps
                        3x Military Press: 8 reps
                        3x Tricep Isolation: 8 reps
                        2x Ab/Calf Work: 15 reps

                        Day 3

                        4x Deadlifts: 5 reps
                        3x Pullups: 8 reps
                        3x Leg Press: 8 reps
                        2x Biceps Curls: 10 reps

                        Day 4

                        4x DB or Incline Press: 5 reps

                          HIIT is definitely good for stamina...I would say just eat like a horse and do overdo the cardio if you want to gain weight.

                                Forgot to get on SBR and check in, Went out at 6am and jogged/walked for a lil over an hour...On top of all that played hockey/soccer/football before that with the family...very very sore!

                                    im joining a mens "advanced" league as they call it...only thing i can really find, but wanna get my ass in shape and then hit the ice, i dont wanna go out there and half way through the season finally be up to my par. I wanna go out and be up to par from the beginning, also need to get some of my weight back, if possible to hit these fvckers on defense...I can play both D and O. But D is my spot

                                          Im moving to Delaware the apartments have a pool so imma swim everyday like i use to growing up. I find swimming better then any kind of exercise or workout program!

                                          JJ, Ill try and gather my hockey pics from HS and show you them, since you need proof for everything. And the team im joing is not the NHL, its a mens league, bozo

                                                      Aso for nicky, he couldnt catch me, no way in hell, that i will stand by, as for me trying to hit him off the puck, if that is really him in those youtube videos, he would def knock me to my ass..BUT, i would poke check that puck from him so fast and be at his teams blueline before he would even turn around!
