australia has the same gambling rules as the UK

I used to bet Australian Horse Racing fairly regularly back in the day, and I think the hardest pert for me was figuring out which horse was mine as I watched the race. All the horses wear the same color silky and with 15-20 horses in the race and the direction they run in, it took getting used to. I also remember, after the race, it would take like 30 minutes for the posting of the prices, and my $$ to be added to my account (I was using XpressBet at the time). If you need a late night gambling fix, nothing wrong with Australian Horse Racing.

yes there are delays in the payouts cause it takes a while for them to declare official in australia

it is IMPERATIVE to listen to the aussie races, not watch them necessarily cause your right , there is no way to know which one is yours unless you listen
