    Royals/Greinke a trap?
-120 for this guy? Royals on a tear as of late, seems too fishy...

guy is the best pitcher in baseball and he is only a -120 pitcher?

take the Angels and the juice free play

Yeah line looks low with his tear but Saunders isn't a big slouch and he is on the road. His ERA doesn't have anywhere to go but up but don't think I can bring myself to fading him. Looking more towards under 8 or ff under.

Fascinating capping game, definitely a no-play for me, but will be very interested to see what happens

Angels hitters have good lifetime stats vs Zach, hitting about .300 even against him

^Thats why I might side with Greinke here...

The fact that Angels have hit well against him in the past and the fact that Palmer (who isn't nearly as name-brand as Saunders) just dominated this Royals offense, and its in Anaheim, maybe the line isn't a "trap" at all, you might just be able to get Greinke here at a ridiculous value.

                  Good luck though.

In my opinion you shouldn't go against a hot pitcher until he shows you otherwise ................ This is something I tried to do with C.Lee last year mid-way through the year till the end of the year and it paid off greatly.

I think everyone thinks that way BTJ, especially the squares.... so why wouldn't the line be more like -150 or -160... people would still bet zach and KC at that number, why so low?

I think the linesmakers know that the sports illustrated curse is gonna hit Greinke this week.....

                        that's the only explanation

Greinke's pitch count looking a bit high.... the linesmakers new that the angels were gonna be taking pitches early in the count and making Zach work.... maybe they hid his anti anxiety meds

Angels about to have a big inning

There is no such thing as "trap games" the odds are the odds and they are always right, period.

define right? that's a ridiculous statement....

there are certainly a % football games where the the book "takes a side' and wants the public to be on the other side..... splitting the action 50-50 is a myth

whether they do this in baseball I doubt.... but when you have a pitcher coming off one of the top ten 6 game runs in his career and he is only -120 and you see someone like CC, or cole hammel getting -260 this year when he is struggling, you gotta scratch your head...... BOTH of those lines are "right"??

Right as in, books like Pinny dont care about shading lines and influencing bets, thats up to the square books.

If Pinny is giving -120 on Greinke then you can take it to the bank.
