Dave kinda dodged my questions about that very fact this afternoon, and in fact the chat room has been shut down for over 24 hours now. I'm beginning to think that this may be an experiment by Dozer to pump up traffic on the forum by shutting the chat room down intentionally for awhile. If it's not, then SBR has just given up completely on their public image. Selling features to your client base and then just letting them go out of service is not the action of a healthy company.

No offense taken Peter, no worries, just wanted to point out that I wasn't covering up some chat conspiracy by "dodging" the question, I really don't know what's going on.

I know we've been talking about making a few adjustments to it (fixing some bugs), so maybe that is what was going on today. Maybe it was a server issue. In any case, now that it has been noted, hopefully it will be taken care of as soon as possible.

At least it gave me the chance to boot AAO from his own chatroom today. Hooray for the little things in life.

You know I'd love nothing more, Bread, but I'm just getting into the thick of the growing season. Right now I'm fashioning wire cages to protect the stalks of my plants from the bloody woodrats.

You speak the truth, Bread. I'd given up on SBR ever showing any class again after having the distinct displeasure of communicating with Dozer. But Vegas Dave has become the personification of hope and good tidings in our community. I'm willing to contribute to cloning efforts to see if we can't replace Dozer, Willie, and The General with more Vegas Daves!

(Failing that I'm willing to attempt to have Dave's babies!)

Well I didn't portray any displeasure with Willie or Dozer...those are all on you my friend. But we do agree that Vags Dave is a champ. Very very good for this place.
