Canadian BOS Client's Two Accounts Not Yet Showing at BetCris . . .

My brother is a Canadian client of both BOS and Jaguar Sports (BOS family). I told him about BetCris having picked up Non-U.S. BOS accounts and he checked it out, but was told by BetCris last week that they had no record of either of his BOS accounts.

In reading the BOS/BetCris thread from early October, I'd been left with the impression that all non-U.S. accounts got picked up by BetCris.

Did anyone else with a non-U.S. account not get picked up
by BetCris?

Any insight and/or shared experience is greatly appreciated,

Thanks for the advice marc, however . . .

Three separate calls to BOS resulted in the same outcome each time.

Automatic 'queue' hold for 30-40 minutes ending in auto-disconnection.

Any more help or advice continues to be appreciated . . .
