#107watching the Tribe roll thru the playoffs as I've never seen before, not even in 95, 97... etc helps when the Colts stink up the football field every game!
1 more vs Toronto and 5 more to ultimate glory!
on another note; how dumb is Trevor? why when you're team is already shorthanded on starting pitching for the playoffs do you mess with something that is risky and could lead to an injury to your hand/fingers???
idiot
ill chalk it up to him being young and stupidComment -

#124My parents immigrated to the US in Cleveland in 1954, the year the Indians won the AL pennant. I was born and raised in Cleveland. Pops was a season ticket holder for 26 years. We went to all the Indians, Browns, Baron's, Cav's, Force games. He used to do the taxes for many Indians, Browns and Cavs players. I sat in Municipal stadium through the cold, snow, sleet, wind, the down years, when we set the modern day baseball low attendance record. We sat in the West End zone section 146. I remember Red Right 88 in one of the coldest games I've ever sat through. The Drive, the Fumble, the Catch, Nagy's Glove, Jose Fukking Mesa, The Shot, The Decision, The Move, my family endured it all. My dad's life was centered around sports. He sat through the resurgence in 95/97 but too bad he didn't live long enough to see the Cav's bring home a title this year.Originally posted by lakerboyMac settle down pal. #125I predicted an Indians/Cubs World Series at the beginning of the year. Posted it here somewhere. Been on the Indians all year long. Created a post right before the Indians went on a winning streak that went on after the Cavs won the title. Told everyone to pound the hell out of Cleveland the day of the Title parade that was the easiest money of the year.Originally posted by packerd_00mac likes to pretend hes got a clue, when really he didn't see this coming anymore then we did.Comment -

#130Sharps were obviously on the Indians, that is obvious by the line move. BUT there is more square money bet in playoffs with guys that have not bet all year coming out of the woodwork, so it is possible that books could have won a little if they took a ton of square money on Toronto without adjusting the line for those bets. Sometimes it is faces and not money. For example, a known sharp group best 50K on Cleveland while everyone else has a collective 75K on Toronto, top books would adjust line downward on the one sharp bet while not reacting to the squares.Comment -

#131I should add that there are times in the post-season where the shear volume of square money forces books to move the line on square money too to prevent unwanted exposure. Such as taking my example of known sharp betting 50K on Cleveland but holding say 200K of square money on Toronto. We will never know what the exact case was for this particular game without going to the sportsbooks mouth, and they are not always very forthcoming.Originally posted by LT ProfitsSharps were obviously on the Indians, that is obvious by the line move. truth of the matter was sharps were on Jays last nite cuz +160 on tribes were too good to be true consensus doesn't give you the dollar amount its the quantity and the volume that counts and Vegas were buried with Jays money last nite and also last nite was the pivotal and the savior game otherwise it's all over.

Cleveland is a shit hole of crime don't kid yourself, everyone I ever met from Cleveland moved because they couldn't stand it.. Probably why you moved to Texas..
The ones that are forced to live in that dump are die hard Cleveland sports fans though.. It's all you guys got and that's why I'm rooting for the Tribe....

#135Sharps were DEFINITELY on the Indians and it has nothing to do with any consensus numbers you are looking at. It has everything to do with the line dripping from +170 to +150 at Pinny.Originally posted by importmoon
