He can try his luck with the betpoints that he already has in the sportsbook, to see, if he can win enough to cover the fee.
It looks like he only needs to win 1-2 games.

Unfortunately that's the only way.

yeah as soon as they flip your status to PRO, you'll be able to send him the points

don't worry...even if he misses the opener, he can still get in at a later day
