I've been making smoothies for over a year in the Vitamix blender and the juice extractor has not been used for 2-3 years. I busted it out yesterday and drinking a spinach, parsley, apple, ginger, mint and beet juice now, not bad tasting and so many vital nutrients that my body has been craving....I think I'll use this machine for a few months and see what kind of positives it brings...only problem is it's kind of a pain in the ass to keep all the fruit/veg stocked and then takes 5-10 minutes to clean the machine when finished.

yes sammy...I try to be fairly healthy overall but have some vices that don't help.

I prefer to try and stay healthy and hopefully avoid being on numerous medications in my senior years.

Eating healthy is a pain in the ass and more expensive than eating like shit. There's planning and prepping involved but you get what you put into it like anything else in life. It's very expensive once you get sick and most all of the medications have unsavory side effects.

I actually already notice more of a glow to my skin and body feels more hydrated just after drinking 2 juices, my body was obviously craving more nutrients...I'm doing it more to feel more energized and healthy day to day...doesn't help that I'm a daily pothead..gonna try to take a break and cleanse out a bit after this first weekend of March Madness..

Here's something unique....

Garlic Juice (Extract it)
Ginger Juice (Extract it)
Lemon Juice (Organic or Extract it)
Apple Cider Vinegar

Doesn't matter how much you make... but make sure it's ALL EQUAL PARTS 1-1-1-1

Then Mix it with Organic Honey.... The Honey is always DOUBLE to your EQUAL PARTS.

Take one tablespoon of it in the morning right when you wake up.... and you can take one in the evening. Supposedly... softens and unclogs arteries in the body.

Actually the double parts of Organic Honey is too sweet for me... you could do 1-1-1-1-1 equal parts.... or 1.5 of the honey.

Been doing it for about 3 weeks now... seems to improve overall health.

I'm big on protein shakes myself, but I tried one of those other ones and I just couldn't do it. I couldn't even get pass the smell of one of them. maybe it's just in my head, who knows
