    Pro players into MMA
....José Canseco will make debut in MMA in a tournament in Japan on May 26, naming the event “Super Hulk ", although many call it “The Monsters Show ". The former MLB player will fight against the South Korean Hong-man Choi. The South Korean Hong-man Choi measures 7’3” and weighs 330 pounds. His most famous fight was against Fedor Emelianenko in 2007, where he skipped several demolition punches but at the end he lost against the champion. Choi has lost 40 pounds since a tumor was removed from him, making him suffer of Gigantism, also to loss aggressiveness in his fights, but nevertheless he is not an easy rival, it is strong and he can put in danger a rookie as Canseco.

There are other sports super stars that have expended time and dedication to know the MMA. This is the case of Shaquille “Shaq--fu “O’Neal who have 10 years training all the disciplines that compose the MMA. When O’Neal is not in the regular season of the NBA, he trains in Jonathan Burke's Gracie Gym in Orlando, Florida. The Shaq practices quite well the fundamental elements of the sport, boxing, jujitsu, Muay thai (Thai boxing) and fights. According to Burke, Shaq --fu has more skills that the people can imagine, has good knees and an excellent key to the neck.

But O’Neal is not the only athlete of the American Sports who is into MMA, the Redskins’ receiver Michael Westbrook, already won his first fight of MMA. The veteran of the NFL, Marcus Jones went out of a 6 years retirement to fight MMA, and he has won already 4 fights.
In addition to the NFL, other sports athletes, per say pro wrestling are initiating theirs professional careers in Mixed Martial arts as it is the case of Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley that went out from school wrestling to the pro wrestling and then to the MMA.

It is to wait if when Shaq retires we will be able to see him in a cage demonstrating what he has learned for so many years?????????.
