I don't see anything wrong with that. If your country allows builders to avoid paying taxes, then why is he in the wrong here?
Also what's wrong with taking 13mil in loans? Did he lie on his loan application, like a good chunk of Americans did during the most recent housing crisis that eventually lead to a market collapse? Did he take bribery from foreign governments to start or finance his business?

I had money as a young man - earned it - blew it on booze, women (none more expensive than the ex-wife), gambling, and drugs. PERIOD. A million dollar loan would have been wasted on me.

Chico i remember you said you were paid and worth alot in one of your posts.. You of all people should know how hard it is to acquire a net worth of a couple billion dollars even if you started off with a 14 million dollar loan.. That's very rare and hard to do unless you discover something huge or start a massive internet business that takes off...

Chico I'm worth about 5 million today, most of it is tied up in real estate investments and it took my entire life to acquire that.. I'm in my mid 40's now..

I honestly don't think I could parlay that into a billion dollars if my life depended on it in my life time.. I guess if I liquidated and sold all my assets then leveraged that and bought a huge apartment building/office building, then began to pay that off, repeated that over and over again..
