It's close, but contains a more exclusive distinction. A "cheesecake" is a spoiled twink from a rich family. Typically where the twink will sleep with you after a few drinks and a dance, a cheesecake will string you along and insist on being taken to concerts and on trips before putting out. Personally I'm not into cheesecakes, although I've run into a couple that were good looking enough to make me consider entertaining the expense.
