The Rockets need to be more consistent on offense. Brooks just dribbles on and on. Their was no movement at times. Turnovers really hur tthem this game. I think they split at home, and the Lakers win in 6. I think the serious will become more physical, the Lakers need to prove that they wont be pushed around.

Why is Jack Nicholson allowed to be on the court protesting? Artest is ready to retire so what ever he does won't surprise me! What was unusual tonight was there were 2 whistles for walking even though sometimes there is at least 1 and sometimes 2 each trip up and down. Like it or not the NBA needs a makeover. If this is to happen the Lakers need to lose!

Rocket's have some serious offensive issues. They turn the ball over way too much as Brooks and Lowry are inconsistent and not nearly as good as Rafer Alston. Since they both can't take anyone off the dribble that means that Artest has to get the ball and he's imitating the old Lebron James, dribble, dribble, dribble, more dribbles, wait for the shot clock to wind down then jack up a shot. They have zero ball movement and can't find a way to get the ball into Yao. The offense should start and finish with Yao but they don't know how to make an inlet pass.

I also think Houston is undermanned and desperately could have used Mutombo inside defense. I agree that the Laker's will take one game in Houston even thought the Rocket's play well at home. Laker's will probably win in 6 unless Houston can find a way to get better on offense overnight.

Shane Battier has also been a no show offensively. He is so concerned covering Kobe that he's doing nothing on offense and Kobe just rest on defense. Battier needs to be in constant motion making Kobe run all over the court and take shots so that Kobe has to play defense. Kobe is resting on defense and just let Battier or Landry take mid range jumpers because he knows they won't take the shot.

Battier - Wake the fuk up. He took just 4 shot's. Yao only took 4 shots. Von Wafer took 4 but made 3. he probably had a good reason for getting mad on the bench because Adelman is horrible on the bench. Brent Barry should also see some PT because he can stretch the court and give Yao some breathing room. Adelman seems to not have a clue and Houston needs an offensive coordinator.

Yao, should touch the ball every time down the court. Feed Yao the ball, and play of the others teams reaction. Thats a better plan than having Brooks dribbling the ball for 15 seconds, and then try dribble trhough 3 people and either force a bad shot or turn the ball over. The rockets need movement.

They have to make him work on both sides of the ball. He could care less about playing defense because his man won't take a shot. You have to make him work on defense, fight through screens, run all over the court. That way he's tired on offense and many of those shot's won't fall late in the game. When he can rest on defense, he can have his way on offense and he's going to score 40 a night.

Sometimes the best defense is a better offense.

I really hope Denver can beat LA, I just need LA to beat Houston, I have way to much coin bet on the series, I got in over my head and I am still nervous and think they are going to have a rough time beating Houston.

Should be no doubt Lakers are winning this series....tonight's game should convince you furthermore. We all saw it in the regular season, the Lakers are THE BEST team in the league. 2-0 against the Cavs during the season. They also have the toughest playoff run to the championship as well. Utah, Houston, Denver likely, and then Cavs. Don't believe the Cavs hype, LAKERS ARE WINNING IT ALL. Take the future while it's still good a little better than 1-1 on the Lakers winning it all. And all this is with Vujacic throwing up bricks, and Bynum a no-show.
