Tiger has only won this tournament once in 11 tries which for someone who wins on average about one out of every 4 tournaments he enters is pretty unimpressive.

This course is not designed for big hitters, 320+ yards off the tee into a cow pasture size fairway like some courses. Only one or two holes fit that type of description at the TPC, lots of shorter holes with doglegs and intimidating views, none more intimidating than the island green Par 3 17th accuracy super important at this tournament
