On mlb.com, when its giving the current wind speed and where its blowing, are they taking the wind speed and the current wind flow while standing at the batters mount? pitchers mount? center of the city?

FWIW, I recently looked into weather issues and I found that the two major weather info providers TWC (serves mlb.com) and AccuWeather (SBR weather source) not only disagree on their forecasts, which is undersatndable, but that they also disagree in their records of the weather in the past providing different temperature and wind speed and directions for the same locations.Comment -
