#4I called them and asked them on your behalf if they deduct any fees. They told me they do not, although they said your bank might.Comment -

#5I appreciate your help, but I've already been in circles with CS, which is truly awful. That's why I'm hoping to find someone with actual experience. They claim they don't charge any fees themselves but their "correspondance bank" does and that they can't tell me how much it will cost. I don't care where the fee comes from, it's money out of my pocket either way and I want to know how much it actually is before I decide what to do.Originally posted by bigboydanI called them and asked them on your behalf if they deduct any fees. #6No problem Ricky.
They kept trying to push me to use moneybookers instead of bank wires. I'm sure they did the same for you as well or no?Comment -

#7Moneybookers doesn't allow US gaming transactions anymore, hence my problem. If Pointbet weren't so stupid and/or gutless they would transfer money with Moneybookers via a personal account, which is still allowed.Originally posted by bigboydanNo problem Ricky.

#8The fee, in my experience, is 12 GBP. Hope this helps. Not sure if that is just my bank (Barclays UK) charging that, or indeed their correspondent bank.Comment -

#9Honestly, I wouldn't worry about how much it is, just hope they actually pay out your w/d request. From player feedback the intermediate banks have charged between 20 and 30 usd.Comment
