Dumbest thing I heard. It reminds me of a person cheating but blaming it on the other person. For you information the companies will raise rates and always blame it on something else. Since obama care is in a whole different pool than your union rates the person is lying to you. True fact; before I got sick I went to work for a company that had benefits for 5 years. I was already writing for this company but I was free to write for anyone I wanted but to get the insurance I had to give them all my business. This company was under the kemper umbrella. Make a long story short I was paying 83 and my company was paying 83. When I got sick they had to offer me cobra insurance. This means I hd to pay mine and the companies portion. It was thru blue cross blue shield of ill. My cobra was just under 700. Now this was with my drugs costing me 35 a scipt. When i got sick I got it thru the obamacare.Same policy thru same company but my scripts now cost 10 dollars for non generic and free for generic. I had a disability policy that was after tax dollars which means i pay no taxes on the income. My insurance last year which i didn't get any help on it was 369 a month thru BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD1 This year it went up to 455. This is less than I was paying with my employer and a better policy. Also if a company wants they can keep paying the better insurance than putting a company on obamacare. It is just easier for your union rep to blame it on obamacare.

pile my brother works for humana. Also i sold health insurance. The cheaper rates are gone because these companies aren't making the money they used to. In the 80-2000's. these insurance companies used to invest in buildings and different investments getting above 6 % on their roi. those days went to shit about 2006 and now they raise rates on you and I. Look and see what the cfo's are making. They are using it as an excuse to get more money out of us. The problem with obamacare is that obama allowed these insurance companies to help make it. Trump is right when he says that they should use different companies in different states because there is no competition.
