Delaware Sports betting vote to be held today. Early morning indications are that it will pass this afternoon with flying colors.

Yes and No.

From the beginning of each semester you must keep what you have but in the off time you can grow/regrow/shave whatever.

I have to disagree here.

This is sports betting regardless of what they legalize, it may not be what most people are accustomed to but it will be a way for people to have legal sports action with payouts right after games just like racebooks.

If this flops it will not be because of the gamblers but more-so the policy makers if they attempt to take too large a cut from the pool. But from as far as I have looked into proposed odds will be similar to Vegas with regards to juice.

It may not go over well with the government parlay cards but the bookies in the state will quadruple their volume over night because people will say "if the government says its ok to bet on sports then I will just go through my bookie so I don't have to play parlays".
