You mean the working people with good jobs? We have ugly, ugly, things going on in this country and many seem blind to that fact.
I would not want to be a policeman in this country right now. They are hired to protect all American citizen's and they must be brave souls to even leave for work each morning. Does that ring a bell in that Demo-head? And that's only one ugly scenario we have sank into.doubled the nation's debt
income down
household income down
10's of millions new people on welfare
didn't create new jobs
assaulted small businesses
Iran secretly aided so they can enriched uranium for bombs and the details not even revealed to the public
rkelly keep lying yourself, liar.Yeah, Obamacare really helping things. Any time I enquire about the shitty temp help we have at work and the way they can't work more than 39.5 hours a week or stay with the firm a certain length of time or some shit due to Obamacare this and this regulation that. Human Resources has evolved into the ultimate authority in the workplace - which is ridiculous. And don't even get me started about the diversity trainings that we take. My god.
In the old days we just would hire people when we needed them. There was also a dynamic that is 100% missing at play. Every year there would be young energetic hires, 1-2 years out of college, that really added to the fun and atmosphere at work. Completely gone. Youngest guys with positions at work are in the mid 30s, everyone is miserable and clinging to their jobs. Maybe there are some industries like that today (if you work at Google, SBR, or Facebook) but federal regulation has taken a giant dump on the economic potential of this country. I feel sorry for any kid who didn't go to an Ivy League school today - the system is rigged against you.
I guess you guys think we should've stayed in a recession?
ALL that you have mentioned is a direct result of YOUR party obstructing EVERYTHING Obama wanted to do.
Instead of working with Obama, they sat on their asses. I take it you would reward laziness by voting more in?
I'll get a response of, doing nothing has stopped Obama from destroying more of the country. Bullshit.
They did nothing. Where are the bills countering Obama? Congress's approval rating is in the teens.
Even a majority in both branches for over 2 years, can't even repeal Obama care.
Your guys suck!Comment -

#1200yes for annaul income but obama had nothing to do with it. If you're talking about the wealth gap overall then he sure did help my portfolio but not as much as QE and global economics. Obama just stayed out of the way so the sheep out there would think the economy is fine because the the stock market is up lolComment -

I just find it kinda funny this is all happening in front of the DNC and where white people are running for Presidency.. Hillary and Bill would be hung by a tree by these people if given the chance but yet the DEMS all support the BLM movement..
Just shows how stupid this all is... BLM movement is doing nothing more then fueling the racist fire...

no he didn't, I didn't own bank stocks and bailing them out was a huge disservice to every American. The only people who he did a favor for was the one's who funded his campaign; big banks. They knew what was coming and needed the puppet in office.Comment -

#1211well, the stock market had already collapsed so letting the banks die wasn't going to make much of a difference. I posted an excellent correlation between Too Big to Fail and the NFL contract dispute years ago. Literally the same lie being to the players/people.
If "insert name" bank disappeared then you'd immediately have a new "insert name" bank to take its place. No different than the NFL lockout. If the Detroit Lions ownership and rights went away because it expired then you would of had new owners as the Detroit Lions just a year or two later, and football will still be being played. NFLPA screwed itself unlike ryan fitzpatrick. That guy knows his worth.Last edited by brooks85; 07-27-16, 10:55 AM.Comment -

Black and White equality is stronger then ever now.. This all came about because of a few bad cops out of thousands and nothing more..
Again I vote to only allow black cops to patrol the black neighborhoods.. Problem solved..Last edited by JIBBBY; 07-27-16, 11:01 AM.Comment -

#1213KHICKS AND BROOKS you are both wrong, bush started the bail out of banks
Nearly half of Americans incorrectly think President Obama started the the bank bailout program, otherwise known as the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP), a new poll shows.
Just 34 percent of Americans surveyed by the Pew Research Center correctly said that TARP was enacted by the Bush administration. Almost half -- 47 percent -- think Mr. Obama started the bank bailout, according to the survey, conducted July 1-5. There was no partisan divide on the issue.
The TARP program was created in 2008 to stabilize the financial system. The Treasury Department has committed more than $500 billion to more than 800 firms through the program. While Mr. Obama did not enact TARP, his administration has largely been responsible for administering it.
A CBS News poll conducted in April found that just 39 percent of Americans said providing government money to banks and other financial institutions was necessary to get the economy out of recession. Another CBS News poll from January of this year showed that 49 percent of respondents said the Obama administration has done too much for the banks. The administration has characterized TARP as one of the "unpopular but necessary" steps needed to help the economy.Comment -

"If they don't bail them out than the world stops because No one would be able to do business."
The business of business is business and there is a reason there were literally thousands of firms out there hoping for the banks to fail so they could scoop up the business. The world would have not felt any real effect especially after a year.Last edited by brooks85; 07-27-16, 11:04 AM.Comment -
