1) LA riots i bought a distressed property, retail stores burnt down across the street.. I bought the property bank owned foreclosure for $92,000 and it's worth $2 mill today.. Did I take advantage of the situation absolutely...

2) Northridge California Earthquake, many apartment buildings were red tagged for structural damage, owners walked on them and the banks a few months later were practically giving them away.. Could get rich over night buying those damaged properties..

3) Katrina the same in New Orleans..

Yeah his speech was good, not great. The change maker thing was staged, he said it & people held up signs saying the same thing. Kinda fake.

He's going to overwhelmingly win the white vote which is by far the majority in this country.....male and female

The fact of the matter is red and blue states will fall in line for the most part and it will most likely come down to a few swing states.....You will need to look a lot more in depth at these swing states in the coming months

Ohio and Pennsylvania due to the specific issues and types of people in that region may favor Trump at this time for example....

No. That's not going to happen. Virtually zero chance that the winner gets to 50%. Third parties will get a minimum of 10%, could be a lot more. My model right now has Hillary 47, Trump 43, Johnson 8, Other 2. 337-201 electoral college.
