Sports betting and poker, buying and selling all kinds of desirable vintage/retro items/signed sports memorabilia, buying broken down vintage cars for cheap, fixing them up and flipping them, stocks, being a loan shark, have a small moving business where I've hired two guys to move furniture with a truck I bought for dirt cheap and fixed up. (furniture always needs to be moved).

Things like that. There are a few more things but you get the idea.

Nice I though of starting a moving business myself what's the insurance like for that say they break something moving ect

It all depends. If it's something minor like a scratched chair or cracked dinner glasses, not much, but if it's something like an expensive cherry wood dinner table or living room mirror, it can be hell.

I make sure the movers take detailed photos of everything that is expensive before packing it up and after unloading.
