The problem is the cops that do bad shit rarely get punished. It starts from the top and the union and top brass will protect their own(even if they are scum)if it serves their interests. Corruption starts at the top in most cases and a patrol officer or low level detective that gets caught doing dirt will get a slap on the wrist if they have dirt on people in department higher up than them. Every now and then a cop gets sentenced because they have nothing to trade prosecutors or their actions were too tough to defend(the cop in MN). It is a screwed up system and I feel awful for the victims and people in law enforcement that are lumped in with the bad ones.

There is a cop in cinti that has gotten his job back 2 times because of union. You are so right!

There are open carry idiots everywhere. There was a vid where guys brought their rifles into Target or some store. They do it to make a stink and hope to get provoked so they can thump their 2nd Amendment drum. My guess is this guy was hoping that the police hassled him about his open carry. He turned himself in. I doubt if he was a part of the shootings he would do so.
