    ABC Islands: Worst Response Time Winner?
    Maybe it's just me, but has anybody else ever found themselves waiting for hours, days even, for a CS response from ABC Islands?

    I used their Live Chat feature to pose a question, but was auto-informed that Live Chat was unavailable and to email my question. Ok, no big deal as that has happened before, but for the third or fourth time that I can recall, I am into a new day waiting for a response.

    Anyway, not catastrophic, as I would just phone them if my question needed an immediate answer, but annoying nonetheless. Just wondering if anybody else has experienced anything similar.

    Ok, my rant is over.....

    Thanks for the report Stumpage. Hopefully, this is isolated incident. If not, maybe ABC should take a hard look on making an improvement.

      No problem John...It's just a little mind-boggling {At least from my situation(s)} because everything else about their site is top notch. Decent lines, quick payouts and favorable opinions from others, at least from what other posters have written.

        ELMER: hello?

        michael: good evening 1:43 seconds

        ELMER: I was just wondering what signup bonus offers you are currently offering? at the 1:49 second mark

        michael: we're offering 10% cash on deposits of $100 or more with a 20% cash back on adjusted net losses at the end of the month.... ( at the 3:14 mark he gave me this answer)

        ELMER: ok thank you. at the 3:18 second mark

        ELMER: good bye (3:21 second mark)

        michael: at any time (at the 3:26 second mark
        It sounds to me like you must have had an isolated incident here with them.

          Sorry BBD...I believe my rambling rant led to confusion. I went on livechat, but when I typed in my first question, a message came up saying that livechat was disabled, and thus I should email my question to get a response...So my initial complaint is not about livechat response time...Rather, it is the time that it has taken to respnd to my email that I had to send by default since livechat was down at the time. Hope this explains it better...

              When they booted me, my balance was something like $2600. I tried to withdraw it in one payment, but they told me the max was $2500 and there was a fee of $15 on each withdrawal, so I'd have to get 2 withdrawals at $15 each. The first one was paid promptly, but I still had balance of $85. I tried emailing them for literally 9 months about the remaining $85 and never got a response. I finally found their Neteller merchant code in some thread and was able to manually request the final $70 ($85-the $15 free) withdrawal via Neteller.

              Even though they wouldn't respond to my emails, they still send me email ads even though they booted me almost 2 years ago. I just got an email the other day about a handicapping contest.

                  that's one of the first things I look for, as to response time of emails (or if you get a response at all)...no email= bad CS which is a definite red flag...

                    They suck big time in CS. Also they have some, lets say very strange, rules in their book.

                    They make up for that with offering some unique and good numbers, decent limits and not cutting them too much if you chase steam (they even have the new limits on their page i think).

                        WTF is wrong with ABC atm, it takes a ****ing whole day until they accept Neteller deposits. Yep not cashouts, deposits..
