locals i know might limit your action if your a winning player but never cut you off when they can use your bets to make their own money placing bets with other guys.

the older guys here who were around in the mw days we had a poster mr falcone who ran a book and would put out his sharp guys plays. guy was a consistent winner. he was limited but all of his plays were being spread around to different books and we were all making money.

way better value and options for sophisticated players off shore...plus i tend to chase and bet chalk more often with locals..so i always prefer to put the cash up...cashed out 5 figs many times offshore with no real issues..maybe occasionally waiting a couple of weeks for a stack of money orders or something..but these days bitcoin is an option too...plus it always feels like you lose twice with locals, once when the bet loses and then days later when you actually pay for it..penetrate locals.
