quick update sports fans, earlier in this thread i mentioned i had an sbr agent helping me out with this difficult situation im in. now, not only is betjaco ignore me, they are also completely ignoring the sbr agent!!!!!!! its come to my attention that i might be the lying about everything however i reconfim that the scammers and bullshiters in this story are betjaco. of course i have proof of all this and they keep lying and ignoring not only me but the sbr agent as well.DO THE MATH!!!!!!Comment -

ent betjaco 7k of deposits and proceeded to bring up my account to over 45k inculding my deposits,bonus money and winnings thus betjaco owing me over 45k. well, last week betjaco sent me the first money i ever received from them guess how much, 1k!!!!!!! wow. took them 7 months to send me 1k of my money. at this rate it will take them 4 years to pay me back my money interest free and they are still operating. i will not stop emphasising BEWARE OF BETJACO SPORTS BOOK!!!!!!!!! when i asked when i would receive more money could not get a straight answer from them of course. hopefully i will be back soon with another update. good luck out there!!!Comment -

so the sbr agent helping me out with this matter came back to me with a reply from betjaco stating again accusations that i cheged back on my credit card. the agent is asking betjaco for proof of that and of course they can not produce any!!!!!! for my part, i have just sent the sbr agent proof that all deposits were made via ** and **. further more betjaco is stating they owe me only 3k more and there again i have sent the sbr agent proof that they owe me over 40k.cant say it enough STAY AWAY from BETJACO the are dishonnest and liars!!!!!!Comment -

It's about time SBR looked at blacklisting this book.
Player says book owes him almost $50,000
Initially BetJaco told SBR the player has been paid $3000 by MO and was owed $7000.
The player could not cash those MOs and Betjaco has confirmed that the player returned them.
SBR has asked the book multiple times over months to help explain the difference in balance claims.
Betjaco claimed this player was a scammer so they were in no hurry to deal with this but promised to address the complaint properly once they had cleared the problems they were having paying many other customers on time. Given the books allegations they were given plenty of time, but to date still have not addressed it.
BetJaco say this player reversed a deposit and caused them difficulty maintaining that payment method.
The player says that he has not even deposited with them via that method and denies reversing charges on them or any other book.
SBR asked BetJaco to supply any proof that this player deposited and/or reversed by that method and the case would be dropped.
BetJaco still have not been able to supply even the slightest amount of proof and has now changed their story to say they only owe player $3,000 total (including the $1000 recently paid).
Once again they were asked how they came to this $3000 figure and have been unable or unwilling to explain.
It's a very strange complaint but there can be no other conclusion than BetJaco has simply decided to steal near 50k from this guy... given how simple it should have been for them to back up their story.
The agent has given BetJaco way too much time to deal with this now I think..Comment -
It's amazing how utterly stupid some people are. I can't understand why a $10 player or anybody at all would play at a bookmaker like this, but for players placing bets to win $50k to play at some tinpot bookmaker like this, that is simply complete lunacy.
These players really need to do way more research because as long as there's still money changing hands for gambling, there will always be rogue bookmakers and especially in the USA facing market even more than anywhere else, there is absolutely no regulation or anything there to back them up, clamp down on the scam bookies or anything.
The ownness and responsibility is therefore solely on the customer to do their research and pick reputable bookmakers, as there will always be scam bookmakers trying to catch them out.
I don't have any sympathy whatsoever with anybody who has money stuck in a bookmaker like this, as if they did their research and had half a brain, they simply wouldn't be playing at this bookmaker in the first place so they get what they deserve playing at this mickey mouse bookmaker.Comment -

I'm not excusing what Betjaco have done whatsoever as they seem like complete scammers.
What people need to do is learn the lessons and not bet with them ever again and put bookmakers like this out of business overnight.
The trouble is, there's probably thousands of people that are either oblivious to or ignoring the fact that they are a scam and still betting with them, and it's these sorts of idiots that keep these scams in business.
The customer simply needs to be way more savvy and not get taken in by these scams but so often customers' don't learn the lessons from these kinds of scams going forward and so often they make the same mistakes over and over again.Comment -

I am like others in this thread that can't believe you would send several grand to a book you have never heard of and do no research on them first. SBR do care about your case BigDaddy. But BetJaco have solved all other complaints and caught up slow payments. You can't expect SBR to go to town and attack them based on your claim alone, when it directly contradicts what they say, without having better evidence of what is right/wrong.

You have to give SBR time. It appears other people got paid so I wouldn't say a scam. Too many ridiculous bonuses and they got in trouble. Poorly run Mickey mouse shop is more accurate, you can tell from their website. If you do play at shops like these, I don't know why you would, hit and run for low 4 figures max, they can't handle 5 figure paydays.Comment -
