We've been trying to get Betjaco to address this for a while now.

Last contact on 5th June they said they were 'working on his payment' and would keep us updated...

They haven't but we reached out to them again today.

they are giving me bullshit reasons like i back charged my ccard.i never even deposited with my cc.then they even tampered with my account balance.trust me if you want to avoid problems stay away from BETJACO

Also, if you deposited with a credit/debit card, you can always file a **********.

Make sure you do that before your time limit on filing one is up. They could be stalling you with the intention of going over the required time limit to file one.

I think I'd try to negotiate with them. I doubt you are going to get 38K out of them but you can probably get your money back and some profit. They apparently have settled up with most people according to SBR. Think about what you would be willing to take and if they don't go for it, try to get your deposits cancelled via CC.
