We only did that once and that was the last trip. I actually thought it was perfect as a set up.

Yes you are correct bud. However SBR has so much going on and with the night life betting really is not a huge deal. You get so busy with other stuff.

Now again to the availability of being able to actually BET on site of a bash, i.e. Vegaa or DR I must say I did score huge which made two trips even more exciting.

Shoot in Vegas bash I cashed at parlay for over 10g and in DR I had over that with sports and bacarrat. Bottom line I'm in wherever whenever. Lol

Id love a weekend with a full slate of college/NFL but I'm still in the group that having a large casino/sportsbook/poker room is important.

Honestly, Hard Rock was perfect venue. Literally had it all, shopping, gambling, food was ok, but whatever, working girls close by for those looking for a night of entertainment, (or in waves case a plus 1 for the weekend), clubs, and I even met a few semi celebrities/former atheletes.

I've been to probably 10 plus resorts over the years and for a group that size and for it being a gambling forum that Hard Rock was by and away the best.

Super Bowl is a weekend that any potential sportsbook sponsors love. They don't give a rats about a normal weekend although I agree the whole Super Bowl thing is very stereotypical. That being said, we had a friggen blast watching the Super Bowl at the Hard Rock and some of us *cough cough* may have been dancing and running around the room when NE made a bloody great comeback for a few of us who bet way too much and then dumped even more on those bets at halftime like the degenerates we are.

Anyway... any place that automatically has a spa in the middle of the room for everyone regardless if you're staff or poster, the possibility of Mayweather showing up again out of the blue with 80 beefheads, enough restaurants and shopping and gambling and cashier windows to cater to everyone, a beautiful beach at your doorstep - complete with staff hoping to learn English from us!, an "adult" pool for the last day when a few of us were a bit dusty and just needed a game of Cards Against Humanity, drinks with our feet in the pool and the sun on our glistening limbs to get us through and just a great group of people the entire weekend... Punta Cana will get my vote every single time.

Not like my vote counts for a lot... but it just might! Sbrexit the US you guys and get your passports sorted for wherever we may go
