I forgot that the US won the gold cup in 2013 . without that result he has nothing. You can't live off the success of getting out of the group stages forever.

Regardless though, the problem is much more than the head coach. The whole US soccer system needs an overhaul.

They are not third yet, they'll probably finish fourth, both Chile and Columbia outclass them. Especially if they get Chile with Vidal back in action.
