The name is Michael Fulmer for the Detroit Tigers!

His record for the season is 7-1 and the team is 8-1. But over his last 5 starts he has given up just 1 run on a homerun. But that was 5 starts ago and in that game he struck out 11 batters in 7 full innings.

In his last 4 starts he hasn't given up a single run while pitching at least 6 innings in all starts. In his last 3 starts he has only given up 2 hits in each game.

How does this guy not start the All-Star game if he does this again for 2 more starts?

Kid has had a great year so far, but he has only pitched 53 innings. Salazar, Sale, Tillman, Wright and Quintana to name a few.
