Is Canada Post actually becoming a profitable business since they raised the price of a standard delivery stamp to $1 ? Also, why is it that when I receive mail, the envelope sometimes appears to have been opened. Is that just the residue not retaining the seal or do Canada Post employees open up people's mail to see what's inside?
