Last year was the first time in years the PO was in the black... it was due to package growth.. taking away from fedex and ups.

Not going down to 5... its a union thing.

Phasing out the old carriers that make a ton of money and new carriers make about 35% less.

Will be in the black again this year unless Congress forces postage lower.
