He won't, though, yet Howard is suspended for an elbow (which didn't cause a drop of blood), yet Rondo can knock teeth out, cause players to require stitches, and push people out of bounds and get away with it.

What did he do which would warrant being thrown into the scorers table?

And what did Brad Miller do to warrant being popped in the mouth when the ball was clearly out of Rondo's reach? He isn't a shot-blocker, he jumped up to knock him in the mouth to disrupt the shot, and that's fine, but suspend the guy if you're gonna suspend Howard for throwing an elbow.

He committed two flagrants in back to back games, only one was called, and he hasn't been suspended for his actions.

We saw what Rondo is made of. He choked in OT when Pierce was fouled out and he had to take a shot. First Noah stole the ball from him forcing Pierce to foul out and then he got his shot blocked on the buzzer. He also took a few 3's in OT that were easy Bulls rebounds.
